Never before seen in the industry. Channeled front wall, splayed deck bars, and suspended mid-span support bar form the first, virtually "non-blinding" and "survivable" screen deck. Performs along the entire length of the deck.
Maximum production, less side shedding. Splayed and on-edge deck and reducer screen bars create multiple funnels to efficiently collect and separate material. Strong interface (in both vertical and horizontal directions) to break up and separate material.
First "vibration-dampening" grizzly. Reduces vibrations, stress and fractures for increased survivability. Adds weight and strength to screen deck, box, and reducer screen.
First "self-cleaning" grizzly. Reducer screen plug-ups are easily removed while the operator stays on the equipment. Simply tap the reducer screen bumpers with the bucket to shake loose and crush any clogging materials. Bucket catches any released clogged material for reprocessing or discarding. Our grizzlies seldom clog, but when they do this is a nice feature.
